  • 2.1 You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
  • 2.2 Starflare is not liable for any unauthorized access to your account.
  • 2.3 Sharing or transferring accounts is not allowed.

3. In-Game Purchases 🛒
  • 3.1 Purchases made on the Starflare Minecraft server are subject to the Refund Policy outlined below.
  • 3.2 All in-game purchases, including but not limited to ranks, cosmetics, and virtual items, are non-transferable.

4. Refund Policy 💸

  • Refund Eligibility:
    • Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of your purchase. After this period, all purchases are considered final and non-refundable.

  • Chargebacks:
    • If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, your account will be permanently banned from our Minecraft server without the possibility of appeal. Chargebacks disrupt our operations and violate our Terms of Service.

  • Non-Refundable Items:
    • All in-game purchases, including but not limited to ranks, cosmetics, and virtual items, are non-refundable after 24 hours of purchase.

  • Resolution of Issues:
    • If you experience any issues with your purchase, please contact our support team within the 24-hour refund window. We will do our best to resolve your concerns.
